Application: MOLCEL® ETH functions as a stabilizer, thickener and film-forming agent. In food applications it enhances the viscosity and mouthfeel of sauces, dressings and soups, while preventing phase separation. In pharmaceuticals it is used in sustained-release coatings, tablet binding and as a taste-masking agent. Its stability in oils and resistance to heat make it ideal for emulsions and flavor encapsulation.
